I had a delightful time during my stay. The spacious rooms were very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, including scrambled eggs and sausages. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. However, some minor upkeep in the room would enhance the experience, as things like loose bathroom fixtures were noticeable.

Unpleasant moldy odors lingered throughout both rooms I occupied, leading me to switch rooms without any improvement. Bugs became a problem as I spotted lizards crawling out of the vents-definitely a unique experience, but not the kind I prefer. The Wi-Fi struggled, leaving me able to send emails but not much else. Accessing the hotel was a hassle due to being on a divided highway creating U-turns and backtracking, which isn’t ideal for heading into New Orleans. I found the pool hours limiting. Longer access would have enhanced the stay.
